What Future Clinicians Can Expect
iHelp Therapy is growing thoughtfully. New clinical roles will be introduced gradually, with clear expectations, appropriate practice support, and careful consideration of the needs of both clinicians and clients.
CLEAR ONBOARDING
As roles become available, clinicians will receive clear information about responsibilities, workflows, virtual tools, documentation standards, and relevant practice policies.
SUPERVISION GUIDANCE
iHelp Therapy does not currently provide in-house clinical supervision. When required, we can help clinicians explore suitable external options for their role, training program, and registration needs.
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
We will communicate openly about role availability, expected client demand, compensation, and available practice support. Expressing interest does not guarantee an immediate position or caseload.
FLEXIBLE VIRTUAL PRACTICE
Future opportunities are expected to involve secure virtual care across Ontario, with scheduling arrangements guided by the role, client needs, and practice capacity.
